Lesia Design, lead by Lesia Payne, B.Sc. Interaction Design, is a successful web, interaction, and branding business. Lesia has over 10 years of experience in the field and her primary method of marketing is via positive word of mouth recommendations (see the column to your right). Lesia always has usability in mind when creating all of her designs. Not only does she pay specific personal attention to each of her clients' needs, she makes every client feel like they are her only client. Having recently moved from Vancouver, British Columbia to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, she is enjoying running Lesia Design out of both cities.

Dylan Lopez has over 12 years experience in IT with special focus on custom software development, CRM implementation and Business Intelligence solutions. On all web development projects, Dylan plays an integral part in the organization of the Lesia Design team.
Aaron Lopez is a front end web development guru. He has serviced clients in the Greater Victoria area on Vancouver Island and has been a valuable member of Lesia Design and Inno Software's team for a number of years. He is always up for a design challenge and always comes up with a way to create great functionality and web standard compliance without compromising style.
Cristian Vintila has over 7 years experience in software development and is our database and back-end expert. He previously worked at Business Objects as an Elite Development support representative helping Fortune 500 clients with custom business intelligence and reporting solution integrations.

Lesia Design personally designs each website based on its own specific requirements. There are no templates that can be or will be used for the successful completion of a web design project. Lesia Design utilizes a multi-step user-centered approach to web design. This means that your website is going to be designed with your customers, or web users, in mind at all times.
For all web design projects, we will first determine your main business goals, do research on your competitors and target audience, and decide specifically what business needs are to be met by the new website. These business goals and needs will set the stage for the remainder of the project as they will always be at the forefront of the decision making process.
The web design process always involves multiple design iterations; you are always in control of the final product. The design experience as a whole is a very personal one that is always based on extensive research into your company and your goals specific to each project.
