We redesigned and developed a bold, easy-to-navigate Squarespace website for North Valley Gymnastics in Vernon, BC, enhancing user experience, mobile performance, and SEO for their gymnastic programs and events. The goal? Create a clean, mobile-friendly site that highlights their wide range of programs, simplifies registration, and reflects the welcoming energy of their gym.

The original website (as shown) was built on an outdated platform and featured a cluttered layout with dense blocks of text, a limited navigation menu, and no clear visual hierarchy. Key information, like program registration, session schedules, and coaching opportunities was hard to locate quickly, especially on mobile devices. The design lacked personality and didn’t reflect the vibrancy or professionalism of the North Valley Gymnastics team.
A Fresh, Functional Redesign
We built a brand-new site using Squarespace 7.1, taking full advantage of the platform’s Fluid Engine to create a responsive, accessible experience for users of all ages.
Design Highlights
Modern Look & Feel: We introduced a bold colour palette, full-width images, and playful design elements that reflect the club’s energy and inclusivity.
User-Centered Navigation: Clear menu structure and quick links to programs, registration, and contact details help users find what they need fast.
Improved Accessibility: All text is high-contrast and readable, with mobile-optimized design and accessible alt-text for images.
